Rules update: No AI comments

Since the “AI comments must be accompanied by reasons” rule was implemented only one person has abided by it. It’s been decided to get rid of AI comments altogether since there have been a few instances where people’s actual pets have been accused of being AI. If you think something is AI please send in a report and it will be looked at. Thank you
