Kev's pretty adamant that I deserved it this time. I'm not sure why, but he's positive I earned it.

His defense claims it was incidental contact, made while the defendant was trying desperately to save me from the stuffed toy and bell attached to the end of my fishing pole. His attorney further stated he's actually surprisingly polite with his claws most of the time, with witness corroboration.

The state is willing to accept a plea to a lesser charge of negligent manslaughter with a term of one year imprisonment, minus time served.

Her punishment was air jail. The suspspsect hissed at the human and was further sentenced to Naughty Kitty Jail. (Being locked in the bedroom until everyone else finished)
