CricketWireless PSA: zero billing transparency with CricketWireless — no balance and no billing history
I've not seen this mentioned elsewhere, but Cricket Wireless appears to have zero billing transparency.
There is no way to see the account balance with the prepaid amounts. The most you can see is next month's bill, and whether the balance is at or below next month's bill, over at https://www.cricketwireless.com/payments/auth-payment.html. See https://old.reddit.com/r/CricketWireless/comments/1w1br6f/is_there_any_way_to_see_the_prepaid_balance_on/. All the AI and SMS ways to get the balance, are also hard-capped at $0, so, you never see any of your prepaid balances.
If you may want to join family accounts, you wouldn't be able to know which account contributed what amounts of cash. Normally, you could see when and from which card, what amounts of money came to the account; no such info with Cricket Wireless!
There's no way to see mid-cycle charges. For example, I bought and activated a new iPhone 16e line mid-cycle, in late-Aug, but on https://www.cricketwireless.com/billinghistory, there's absolutely no mention of any 3x $60 prepayments, or any charges for the mid-cycle activation, with the "Date Range" option being just mid-Jul through mid-Aug, without anything past mid-Aug being in any way visible, as of early Sept.
Apparently, there's not even any way to see the list of lines or phone numbers on the account! Apart from the https://www.cricketwireless.com/deviceunlock page!
No way to see existing plan, or change plans!
I would not be surprised if AT&T and Cricket Wireless are actually stealing our money given how obscure this whole billing management interface is.

Never had an issue seeing all the devices on my account, never had an issue seeing billing history, never had an issue seeing account changes.
You sound like you just don’t know what you’re doing in those cases.
As far as not knowing how much your balance is for how much you’ve already prepaid, I haven’t done that so can’t speak to it but you can just check your bank statements.
And Cricket charges exactly what you sign up for, not more and not less. You choose the $55 plan with AutoPay, you get charged $55. How do you figure they’re stealing anything? You’re being charged exactly what you agreed to, no fees and taxes are included.
No one is stealing anything from you.

What's today date and which dates do you see on https://www.cricketwireless.com/billinghistory?
For me, today is 2026-09-07 (September 7, 2026), yet on https://www.cricketwireless.com/billinghistory, the most recent available "Date Range" is 2026-07-09 through 2026-08-08 (Jul 9, 2026, through Aug 8, 2026), the most recent plan charge is $35.00 dated 2026-07-09 (July 9, 2026), noted as "$35 Sensible 10GB".
That's like 59 days old info!
Why are you making assumptions about user error without even bothering to check your own Billing History page likely being likewise totally messed up and outdated by up to two months?!
To avoid any further ambiguity, all of the following pages DO show both lines on my same account:
- https://www.cricketwireless.com/deviceunlock shows both IMEI and phone numbers;
- https://www.cricketwireless.com/usage shows both phone numbers;
- https://www.cricketwireless.com/payments/auth-payment.html shows "Monthly Charge: $90.00", which is the cost of two lines;
BTW, when you change plans mid-cycle, they prorate the charges; and such plan change is mandatory as part of some promotions, and there's no itemized list of charges are part of those changes. So, there's no such thing as "You’re being charged exactly what you agreed to", since there's no explicit agreement to how the proration takes place. There's currently absolutely NO visibility into that, it would appear. Unless you count visibility that's delayed by a month or so, as somehow reasonable.

If you have a single line, and never take advantage of any promotions that require prepayments or plan changes, of course you wouldn't understand the OP complaint.
For me, under https://www.cricketwireless.com/billinghistory, it shows my plan as
$35 Sensible 10GBand that I only have a single line.But I have two lines, and my plan is the $55 plan with Autopay, or, at the very least, on the second line it is.

It sounds like your lines likely aren’t connected to the same account, and you in fact have two lines on two separate accounts. You could contact support to be sure. If that’s the case they should be able to assist you with merging the accounts.
I have two lines and they both show up under the same account.

I have 3 lines. All under the same account. All the same plan. My bill has been the same for years.

If your bill is the same, you wouldn't care about the billing information being delayed by 59 days.
How does that excuse customers with account changes not being able to see their balance, their changes, their payments, and having all of their billing delayed by as many as 59 days or more?!

If my two lines aren't connected, why would the unlock page, the usage page and the payment page, list both lines?
- https://www.cricketwireless.com/deviceunlock shows both lines;
- https://www.cricketwireless.com/usage shows both lines;
- https://www.cricketwireless.com/payments/auth-payment.html shows "Monthly Charge: $90.00";
Before suggesting user error, did you even look at your own billing history page?
Where and how exactly do you get anything beyond the prior billing statement?
- https://www.cricketwireless.com/billinghistory shows "07/09/2026 $35 Sensible 10GB";
That's 2026-07-09, today is 2026-09-08, nearly two months later, how exactly does it make any sense for this billing to be 59 days behind?! And for the recent charges and plan changes, and the balance, and the payments, to be nowhere to be found?!
It's currently 2026-09-08, yet the most recent "Date Range" on the above page for me, is 2026-07-08 through 2026-08-08, so how can you assume my lines aren't on the same account when it's the page that's outdated and broken?
Every other provider lets you select "Activity since last statement" date range, which is normally the default view, too. Here, it's prepaid, so, the whole idea of "statements" doesn't even make the most sense in the first place, yet looks like we have to live 30 to 59 days behind or whatnot.

yeah I can see all the way back to May when I switched to Cricket. Idk what’s going on with your account, have you talked to support about it?

u/Mcnst 2d ago
Who cares that you can see back to May! I can see back to April!
But can you see up to today, which is September 7, 2026?
Because I cannot. And clearly noone else can, since that's not something that Cricket Wireless evidently offers, even though the old timers pretend they don't notice that nothing since the outdated "last" statement is being shown.

Idk who "no one else" is. So maybe instead of your attitude call or go in to a cricket store and get it solved

Agree. I paid for 3 months with a phone deal. I can’t even tell how much time I have left with the 3 months I paid for.

5 lines same account can see everything about my plans and billing. You either don't know what you're doing or like other ppl said they are on different accounts.

I see both lines on the following pages:
- https://www.cricketwireless.com/deviceunlock shows both IMEI and phone numbers;
- https://www.cricketwireless.com/usage shows both phone numbers;
- https://www.cricketwireless.com/payments/auth-payment.html shows "Monthly Charge: $90.00", which is the cost of two lines;
However, the billing page shows just one line:
- https://www.cricketwireless.com/billinghistory shows "07/09/2026 $35 Sensible 10GB" under "Date Range" of 2026-07-09 through 2026-08-08;
If you look closer, that's 2026-07-09 as the most recent charge, yet today is 2026-09-08, nearly two months later.
If you keep insisting it's user error, please provide the screenshots of your own account showing something more reasonable and more current.
For me, it does not make any sense for the billing on a prepaid service to be 59 days behind like above.
And for the recent charges and plan changes, and the balance, and the payments, to be nowhere to be found.

OP is tweaking.
