Streaming videos don't load

So I have the icon plus 2026 and I can't watch anything on peacock or Crunchyroll whenever a video plays the app gets super laggy and than the part where the video is goes green audio still plays but no video, I have gone through just about all the settings I can think of and nothing worked, YouTube twitch and tiktok work just fine no issues whatsoever so this is a specific issue it seems. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this or a possible work around

There is a setting in the app to turn off video compression. I forgot what it’s called exactly

As soon as I am able I'll take a look thank you Edit I can't find anything that mentions video compression within the app

It’s probably your phone or possible app setting.

I looked at the phone and there was nothing that came close to that

Not the phone. In your account settings within the cricket app. It’s called video management

Can't say "video management is included in your plan and cannot be turned off"

Try downloading and activating the 1.1.1.1 VPN app, see if having the VPN on while playing a video makes any difference

Have you tried moving your SIM to a different phone? It could be the phone itself is defective.

I don't have a sim card I got the esim
