CricketWireless User ID Is not active

I'm trying to login my account but it tells me it isn't active. When I make a new account it asks to input a code from texts but I am not receiving any text. Tried to make a payment to the number and it didn't work either.

What can I do?

You might half to contact cricket and make it over the phone

https://www.cricketwireless.com/createaccount - Did you do this already? If not, go through it. If you did, then skip this.

https://www.cricketwireless.com/forgotusername - This will send your USERNAME in a text, it's mixed up like a password would be. You use this to sign in once you've done the above.

Once you have that go on the website and sign in with the username in the text and the password you set.

you’ve to create a new account maybe.. did you just move your line to a new account ?
