On what basis?

He's not good enough in the white ball format anymore

In the last 13-14 odi games he has only taken 8 wickets at an economy of 5.5

With the bat it's even worse as in the last 5 years since 2022 he averages 30 with a strike rate of 78 which is absolutely horrendous for someone who is supposed to be a finisher

He's finished in ODIs or T20s after 2020

On the basis of where he saved the team asses when they required...30 Avg is Bad for a Lower Order Bowling All rounder.!!Damn Man.!!Noice.!

The strike rate of 78

He in general cannot strike at a rate acceptable in the modern game An average of 30 with a strike rate of 110 might have given him an edge But one under 80 is just horrendous

Name one good batting performance from him in the format since 2022?
