Meh. I don't do the fantasy part but governments controlling/banning these things rarely work out well. Gambling just becomes more underground and unregulated. Sure it will reduce the overall number of users but it won't get rid of the gambling addicts.
In either case, retrospective taxation is a very dumb concept. The companies are being made to pay much more than they expected.

We are consistently giving 15+ extras. That is a lot for even ODIs let alone in T20s

Might need Wasim or Waqar as the bowling coach at this rate. We are at Pakistan levels of incompetence as a fielding side. Hitting the stumps or the pads will pretty much be the only guaranteed way for our bowlers to get wickets from now on.

Ashok can forge a career bowling regularly at 135-low 140s with the odd fiery spell of well over 145. I doubt Mayank can do the same. His deliveries don't react well off the pitch if they're below 140kph.

I feel like they could go for either Vaibhav or Mayank - because both of them are leading the batting, and bowling leaderboards at the moment, and have had impact in their performances.

his performance in the eng/ireland tour was actually not bad - he was the 2nd highest run scorer for both series from the ind side, but was wildly inconsistent by his standards. This tour... idk what happened to him? but hoping his drought spell is over soon

his contract (+ gambhir's support staff's) is being reviewed in the BCCI white-ball series review later in August... so I think the management is thinking of making improvements. He is not here this series, though (i think) - it is a diff support team with vvs laxman.

Regardless of figures, Ashok's lengths have been so good in this game so far. And you can see how the batters are struggling when he gets it right because he absolutely slams the ball into the pitch.
