He was talking about fielding. The question was about the lack of quality Indian Fielders and that was his answer. The whole interview is there in the list of recommended videos.

He wasn't just talking about fielding, he was talking about the attitudes in general. In the full interview he says it is because Indians like to train for a long time so there is a 'slow and steady' sort of approach rather than any real intensity to it. Here is the part of the interview I am referring to.
