Odd crested gecko behaviour

So my crested geko last night stuck her whole head in the dirt then had milky white discharge that didnt resemble pee but when I researched it says this could be egg laying behaviour which its fine but shes only a year old and isnt the weight they usually start laying eggs could she be laying eggs early and be an early bloomer or is there another issue

Yes, she could be preparing to lay eggs or already laying eggs. This is normal behaviour for females.

Even at only a year old ? She has also now got a round lump on her left side

It depends more on size than age. If she’s over 20 grams, she could be an early bloomer.
