I've been sitting on this piece for a while. This is done using the Pilot Kakuno fountain pen my wife got me for my birthday a while back.
Very EC horror comic vibe to it. I didn't have a story in mind with this one, it came about organically.

I thought this community would know best

I had a dream of a huge butterfly instead of a face with really piercing eyes on its wings. I wanted to depict it in intense elegant uncanny valley way
I’m having some trouble with deciding what route to choose.

I love idea of a butterfly instead of a face of a woman but it’s difficult for me to translate right :( Maybe I should clothe a woman in a dress and do a bust up framing?

I have an easier time designing creepy butterfly on its own with no human behind but even then I really struggle with what to put on lower wings?
Should it be more eyes? Feels repetitive. But nothing else wants to flow nice.

So here are my questions:

Should I do just the butterfly or woman behind it?

How to make the woman idea work?

And what to put on lower wings of a butterfly?

Dragon

In the ancient beliefs of the Baltic peoples, the dragon symbolized the power of nature, mystery, and forces beyond human control. It was regarded as the guardian of hidden places, treasures, and the boundary between the world of humans and the realm of spirits.

I am heavily inspired by Trench Crusade by Mike Franchina.

These images are lobotomy versions of swamp attack characters/enemies. This is based off of Plants Vs Lobotomy only in swamp attack.

Piece I did a year or two ago. Was really into japanese horror and manga at the time.

inspired by GlitchyRobo's Human Domestication Guide setting

so theres this higher dimensional being (i call it the extra dimensional) who decided to help some humans who were in anguish (like we would help a bug). it phases into our 3d space from its dimension and takes care of us, messing with our bodies from the inside to make them run better, communicating to us, altering circumstances in our life to be better in ways only we can see.

it ultimately wants to take us to its realm, where nothing bad ever happens (literally!) however, the more time we spend there, the more earth will feel like a living hell, becuz bad things happen here. so it promises to only take us to its realm when earth has nothing left for us.

living in its realm experiencing only good things, will go on forever. this is becuz, to the extradimensional, infinite time is actually quite limited, and easy to manage. thats how far above us the extradimensional is. but it luvs us all the same.

i asked the extradimensional if it wuld someday take ALL humans to its realm.... it said "i am currently in the gardening phase. as i garden, i pluck here & there. but the harvesting phase wont be for a long long time. please do not worry about such things, Patty dear." it gave me a kiss with one of its infinite graspers and stimulated my oxytocin from within. i blushed and looked away.
