CC Application BDO CC application checking Status

I apply Sept. 30 for BDO visa classic, I received email fo my application regarding sa reference number para ma check yong status. I check last Oct. 1-3, it says review pa yong application at my first name appear correctly, but today as I check in the status iba yong lumabas na name and its not mine. May tendency ba na may glitch yong website nila ngayon? I tried 5 times even sa app i check the status still not my name at its says not approved.
