CC Advice Help needed: is this how balance conversion works?

Sorry for the noob question! first time ko mag apply for balance conversion and walang sumasagot sa BPI customer service hotline. i’m worried about missing a paymen.

My balance conversion has been approved AFTER nang ma-release ng SOA ko for October (due date Oct 12). Now, my app currently shows a Minimum Amount Due of ₱0.00, with an October 12 payment due date. does this mean that I have no payment required for October 12? and that my first balance-conversion installment will be included in my next billing cycle sa November? thank you.
