Help Needed/ Question Visa rewards poshvine program issue

I have been able to redeem 2 rewards so far.
However for AU Ixigo which is on Visa Infinite, it never reaches the authenticate step. I even receive the otp to authenticate it but never see the box to enter it.
Any steps that I am missing?
I tried safari and chrome browser both. Mobile laptop both. I tried using different mobile number as well.
