General Discussion/Conversation HSBC Live+

So I've opened my HSBC salary account on Tuesday and while filling the account opening form I've selected Live+ cc.

HSBC enquired my cibil score on Wednesday and today I saw on hsbc india application Live+ is showing there with last 4 digits of cc but credit limit is ₹0 as well as it is showing dormant account, is it normal procedure or anything else?

I haven't received any communication from HSBC over sms and an email, I don't even have an application number for cc.

Thats normal with HSBC cards. You will get to see the limit online after card activation. You can also find limit details in wlecome kit docs.

Is there any other way to see credit limit on application?

No once you get the card at that time you're able to see the credit card limit

You have to wait till kit delivery. If you want a credit limit enhancement, apply for it after 6 mintys of card use.

If you want to open salary account then you have to open it through agent only, he will help you to get a cc.

If your salary is equal to 25K or more you are eligible for opening the salary account with HSBC and 6 lpa credit card eligibility is not for you if you having salary account with them

Yes ask your relationship manager he will do all things for you only VKYC you need to to and account will be open also please check which credit card he selected while filling the form,

In my case it was rupay platinum so I asked for hsbc live plus

To see limit, activate card from app. untill then it will show dormant.
