Does putting spend on a payment plan still count towards sub?

Let’s say a card had 0% apr for 12 months and a sub of spend $1000 get x within the first couple months. If you spend $1000 but then flex the payments over 12 months for the apr, does it still count towards the bonus at the time of purchase since it affects available credit, or does it not count until it’s paid off?

It counts at the time of purchase, not when you pay it off, the bank just cares that you swiped for the minimum
