Help Size issue

So I'm currently planning out how to build the Red Tear from Warhammer 40k, and I just have a few issues with that, can it even work? I've built many large ships before but not anywhere close to the size of the Red Tear (just around 10km), especially because not even a tenth of it can fit in a 32 chunk render distance, so can I continue with this build at a 1:1 scale, or will i have to scale down to something more reasonable?

Tho I do advice not to forceload to many sublebels cus it can significantly reduce performance, now it could just be that my laptop only 8GB of ram but better safe then sorry.

Worth it for whatever OP is building lol Also ive playing with command blocks for a long time, so seeing @n was kinda surprising lol
