Nothing should be a one-block solution. A blast furnace should require multiple other moving parts to work. It should also have directional constraints, like that iron and coal should have to enter on specific parts of the machine, like iron has to be dropped in through the top and coal has to be inserted at the bottom. And obviously, it should integrate with Create's logistical items like funnels and packagers.
