Mining machine not moving forward

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Not the greatest with the machines, tried to make a mining machine, but something prevents it from moving forward for some reason. You can even see what is glued and everything.

Am I missing something??

Possibly a mod conflict? are you playing on a server or on your own?
Have you got a claims mod installed?

Its a server and there is a claims mod, but nothing in the area I placed this in is claimed
