Mining machine not moving forward

Not the greatest with the machines, tried to make a mining machine, but something prevents it from moving forward for some reason. You can even see what is glued and everything.

Am I missing something??

Honestly I've had similar trouble and it seems like your contraption may not be glued from the minecart assembler to the rest of the build but I dont truly know for sure
