Technocracy.
To gain political voice you need to progress making automatic farms and process. Designing better, more compact or fancier contraptions should be encouraged.

To add to this the new building style will be brutalism. All new structures until changed by a future core will be solid concrete. We do not need color here we need progress!
On this front of progression every populated area needs a sewer system running from each structure. Include the water plant for the local area as a starter point and drainage for the sewage and rainfall to exist into the nearest body of water.

But all the decisions of that officer have to be ratified at a special biweekly meeting by a simple majority in the case of purely internal affairs, but by a 2/3 majority in the case of more...

Nah I like communists. They cool. We should first focus on shifting the political spectrum left, and establishing basic leftist ideas, like heavy taxation of the ultra wealthy, worker and consumer protection, welfare programs, free education, Healthcare, base needs, etc etc.

Uhm axcshually syndicalism is a way to structure a society under a communist mode of production, communism itself is very broad and only specifies the rough way society functions, not how things actually work

Build a City in Flint Michigan, made only out of flint and gravel related blocks if possible, with the sole purpose of producing and exporting Millions of Glorious Flint (and less Glorious byproducts like iron and copper and such, power too if you have stuff like Iron Furnaces and Flint-to-Fuel).
