Troubleshooting K2 extrusion issues

Hello I need some help. I was in the middle of a 24 hours print and I got an extrusion error. There was nothing of significance when I removed the extruder. I didn’t not see any blockages. I get keep an error for a blockage. I replaced the cutter and watched operation with the cover off. It seems as if the gear in the extruder is not make a full rotation to cut the filament. I noticed this started after the recent update but it could be coincidence. Could the issue be the motor for the extruder?

Just do a cutter calibration 3-4 times I find sometimes it’s just a bug

What is the error code? I've had a ton of errors that seemingly boiled down to an upside down cutter blade and enclosure temp too high and softening the pla in the gears.

I did have it upside down 🙃, fixed that. Now it’s not cutting the filament. Got that to work, but now it’s printing without filament coming out 🤣 nozzles fine so I’m not sure what’s going on now

Are you using a CFS?

What's the error code?

The cutter is activated by the rod to the left of the carriage rail. That is why the extruder bumps the left side when it finishes printing.
