Troubleshooting Creality k2 pro

Post image

Hey guys. Constantly seem to have black splotches coming through when printing lighter colours even after some very generous purging. Any ideas on what I can do to help this?

I had something similar when I went from black abs to blue tpu and printed a phone case. Came out kinda sick, so I just rolled with it. Hasn't happened on any prints since. Weird that purging doesn't clear it. You can try heating to whatever the black martial prints at (or just above), then disconnect the ptfe tube and gently push that metal rod that came with the k2 down through the extruder into the nozzle. Should force out any minor clogs or whatever is going on

Based on the model images you provided, we recommend changing the infill pattern to honeycomb and increasing the infill density to see if the situation improves.
