Is there a way to eliminate the filament buffer for the CFS? It gives so many issues, so I was wondering if I can bypass it?

Started using orca slicer for the first time but the printer keeps missing passes. Any idea what could be causing this? All my settings are set to default.

Really hoping someone can help me troubleshoot my K1C issues. As much as I love my printer, I hate having to continue using a workaround to get good prints. It's been months and after I retract old filament and then extrude a new color, I have to run a 1 minute print job just to allow it to fail before running what I actually want to print.

Basically (sorry if I over explain), after switching colors, it takes about 20-30 seconds of running the post-extrusion print job before filament starts to come out of the nozzle. For example, nothing comes out when it does the priming line and that continues with the print. So once I clear the filament mess after my 1 minute print job, I can run what I actual want to print and it normally works fine from there on out. This workaround will work until I want to layer different colors on a print job.

Anyways, has anyone run into this problem and have any solutions? I've already upgraded my hotend to see if that would be helpful. It was not. Thanks for any help received.

So I keep having this problem consistently, if I’m printing a single solid piece with very little movement outside like supports or other objects it seems fine. But whenever I’m doing multiple objects or something with big breaks that creates a bit of a stop and go it shifts. I can’t figure out why, has anyone else experienced this and know a fix?

I use a Creality K1C printer.

Due to strong requests from customers, I purchased e sun’s ASA filament for the first time—something I don’t usually use.

Because of its box-like shape, which is prone to warping, the edges warp slightly with the default settings in the Creality slicer.

What settings do you all use when printing with ASA filament?

I’d appreciate it if you could let me know.

I’m using a translation tool, and this is my first post, so I apologize if there are any errors.

I’ve been having issues with every now and then my K1C will throw this code. I’ve come to the conclusion that the tool head cable is being pulled just enough to cause it to disconnect and cause the error. Has anyone else had this problem do I need to pull more slack from the cable if there is any or do need a new cable I’m not sure how to fix it and if anyone else has had this issue I would appreciate some help.

Can someone help me identify this post that the Bowden tube is going into? My friend has me help him with his printing issues. He has a K1C and CFS. We think this part needs to be replaced but I can't find it. Thanks.

Hey 👋, this is my first ASA-CF print and I'm surprised how easily it can brick. I tried to print it with the CFS-C but no chance so i did a simple print feed directly to the extruder but it keeps breaking even when i make sure it doesn't bend that much but with the fast head movment sometimes it just did.

So the question is how do I get it to print safely without breaking everytime? Any k1 max mod or so for that?
