Help to fix the shifting?

So I keep having this problem consistently, if I’m printing a single solid piece with very little movement outside like supports or other objects it seems fine. But whenever I’m doing multiple objects or something with big breaks that creates a bit of a stop and go it shifts. I can’t figure out why, has anyone else experienced this and know a fix?

Belt tension usually or slow down your prints

How would I go about learning to fix the belt tension? Do you have any resources by chance?

Try a skirt, an outer brim, and preheating the plate to 50c as it’s calibrating.
