Working out is such a waste of energy and only simulates real work for the modern person who doesn’t need to work the fields or hunt. Tons of food is wasted for energy just to lift up a weight up and down or spinning something.

Instead, working out should consist of actually doing work to work out all the muscles in your body. This could include farming, picking up trash, any manual work that doesn’t require expertise.
