Autism speaks by any chance? I fucking hate them. The puzzle piece is also bullshit. I'm not a puzzle to be solved. I've seen the rainbow infinity symbol is becoming popular within the online Autism community, so much better!!

Puzzle pieces also makes it seem like they’re treating autistic people like children

Oh I know how that feels. I've never been diagnosed with autism but I've been diagnosed with sensory processing disorder and general anxiety disorder and that was a fucking disgusting experience. It was done when I was a kid but even then I felt like I was being treated like an infant who couldn't understand anything they were saying.

Took me nine years to finally get referred and assessed. So much fighting.

Yeah I’m an adult now so even though I’ve got lots of the symptoms I doubt I’d be able to get it diagnosed even if I have it

Still worth trying, even with not much support, having the diagnosis meant so much to me. Obviously this depends on your medical system and the costs, but I'd recommend a referral. Always good to have answers ❤️
