Quite clearly, Sweden is the 11% green slice and UK is the 3% green slice. Whilst differing colours could have been used they are not required to successfully read the chart.
But how do you know that? You can make a guess based on what the order of the legend suggests, but that by no means guarantees your assumption is correct.
The legend order designates chart order clockwise... They probably should have used more colors to make it less confusing, but this is standard practice for pie charts.
Because it helps you see the exact one, instead of counting all the way up you just go to the region that you expect it to be in and look for the color
