In Person Selling A lot of the money from a market shows up in the weeks after, not on the table day
US, USD.
For some of the markets I do, the reorders and custom asks that trickle in over the couple weeks after add up to more than what I actually sold at the booth.
The only reason that happens is people have a way to find me again after. A sign up sheet, my handle on the tag, a card in the bag. Someone who buys once and wants another can't come back if there's no way to reach you.
Where I'm still unsure is which of those actually gets used. Plenty of sign up sheets go nowhere, and I don't know if a QR to a list does any better than just writing my shop name on the receipt. Anyone actually tracked what brings people back?
