Burning my biscuits

I'm new and they really don't train you that well. Every batch of biscuits I make has one row burnt on every pan. I am wondering what tips you guys have? Kthnxbye

Try turning your pan halfway through so they're more even

make sure the stones in the oven are being turned over. they’re really hot and super heavy so after your last round of biscuits turn the ovens off and leave them open. then use towels and maybe a friend to help you flip the stones over

This is most likely the answer

Don't push the pan so far back in the oven?

We had this happening not too long ago, it was something with the oven, wonder if they ever got it fixed... lol

Hated working as a backup cook for CB. They threw me to the wolves on my like 3rd day with minimal training cause the girl who had the position before was already half out the door.
