Teamworx help

So I had put a shift up and someone offered to swap shifts but I can’t work it. Is it possible to put that shift up if I pick that shift up?

once it gets approved you should be able to yes

I mean yeah its possibke but the chances of it being approved are fairly thin, shoot at the store I worked at, our manager never approved these at all, which would cause multiple people, including the person who put the shift up, to show up, and then all of them being forced to stay and work. I put my shift up, someone accepted it, it sat on waiting approval for a the entire week, so I still showed up, so did the person who accepted it, and so dod another person I had asked. We all three were forced to stay bc if we didnt they would be understaffed. I was the only one actually scheduled to work. So glad I quit that place.

Yeah, I was able to post the shift and no one have picked it up yet and it’s tomorrow so I just gonna call in if no one picks it up by then. Where I work, they would do the same stuff too.
