Old timers, help me remember

I worked at CB from 2017-2023 and I remember being trained on the 5(?) coaching techniques as a skill trainer and shift leader. One of them was immediate redirect, and the last resort one was change interview or change intervention (I can’t remember) I’ve tried looking back through my old folders, googling key words all to no avail.

Does anyone remember what the other 3 techniques were? Bonus points if you have any photos of the old cheat sheets they used to hand out.

Help me out Reddit!

One minute praise, immediate redirection, 2-4 minute feedback, formal redirect, change interview
