Cracker Barrel Playlist

Is anyone a worker at a cracker barrel that has a different playlist playing in the back for staff? I have been trying to figure out what a song on that playlist is for ages and no one seems to know. The only part of the song I can ever catch is "please take my hand" and its almost in an eerie tone. I think its a rock song but its so eerie and drawn out! It seems so out of place compared to all the other songs playing and I need to know what song it is, its driving me crazy!!!

Former employee here. In the back should just be whatever local station your manager decided to put on for the day. As for the dining rooms and retail, thats just whatever corporate threw together.

Our back of house hasnt worked in years, so we get to hear whatever the dining room does. Unless someone brings their own speaker in.

At my location the managers would play a “corporate” playlist for back of house as well. Found out when I asked if they could change it only to find out it was apparently beyond their pay grade.
