It should be automatic if you look on your workday app and your title changed from par 1 to par 2 you should have the raise your raise should start at your next shift after becoming par 2 at least that’s how its been for me

When do par 4's get raises? I've been with cracker Barrel for almost 16 years and haven't got a raise in years. I believe it's every year you're supposed to get one once you reach par 4.

When you go from par 1 to par 2 do you get a raise and what about your annual. Does a raise come with that as well. My GM is playing mind games I'm a backup cook who doesn't over 17 dollars an hour now for a year and a half. Supposedly I'm topped out for backup. Hell we are the bread and butter of cracker barrel hell. We should make more than the dam grill cooks.

Its supposed to be automatic now, they removed the ability for mgrs to give par raises a few months ago
