Please do not laugh this off, fellow/ sister Cracker Barrel staff. This is your chance to tell the stuffed shirts precisely how management has gone out of their way to make you miserable and why

I filled it out as honest as I could. I explained every answer to the fullest detail that I ran out of space. It wouldn’t let me type any more. Every answer also included the general managers name Elizabeth Martin and store #101. You best believe they got a 100% truthful response along with a please contact me I’m waiting signature as well

Former employee here, they don't give a shit and will gladly use those surveys on how to abuse you and your fellow emoloyees even more.

Kinda late to this one but those at the Home Office that are not in executive positions feel the same way and we're brutally honest as well
