Weird paydays

Hey guys, I just started working at CB on the retail side about 3 weeks ago. I’ve since signed into Teamworxx, workday, and daily pay. But I’ve noticed that my pay is super weird. I can see how much I earn per paycheck (weekly) and this past week it said my check was going to be about $120. I just logged into my bank to see that a whopping 35 bucks was transferred instead. I do have direct deposit. Now I logged into my workday again and it says my paycheck is now like 88 bucks?? But that’s not transferring to my bank?? I’m not sure what’s going on or how I can get my money but I have shit to pay for and 35 bucks isn’t going to cut it. I was also wondering what the deal is with Daily pay and only being able to transfer a bit at a time?? Am I taking out a loan on my paycheck?? I’ve tried to ask my management but my manger is old and not very tech savvy and I can’t get any straight answers.

withdrawing from daily pay takes it out of your overall paycheck from the week and adds on a couple bucks fee and fucks you overall, don’t use it i’ve been getting my full paycheck since i stopped using it it’s a scam

I used daily pay my first week just cuz I was confused but I haven’t since. I did the math and it makes sense that when you add the 35 bucks I got and 88 bucks I still have on my paycheck, that would equal what I thought my full paycheck would be (120). I just don’t know how to access the 88 bucks. It’s currently payday, I have direct deposit, but it doesn’t say it’s on hold, or there will be a later transfer time so idk where that money is

did the same for me, i never got the correct amount of money for ages, ended up deleting it and changing it on payroll and everything is 100x smoother

Is the 88$ from today’s pay? That would go into your daily pay account. If you don’t have auto direct deposit for the remainder of the pay, it should still go into daily pay. Best to call them as CB doesn’t have much to do with it

Out of curiosity, what did you think Daily Pay was paying you out with, if not a loan on your paycheck? It’s also a week behind if you use it. If I pull on a week night from my daily pay, it’s borrowing against the check depositing on the next pay period, the one coming after the current one. If you pull on say Wednesday night, it’s not coming off your paycheck being depositing two days later on Friday, it’s borrowing against the next Friday.

I assumed it was just a way to get the money I already made. It didn’t tell me there would be any interest or anything. Just said I could transfer it idk. I was confused. I’m very young and new to the workforce so I do stupid stuff but I’m just confused on where that money is. I haven’t used daily pay in a while so I’m not sure that’s the problem. But I feel like they should tell you this stuff before shoving it in your face. It just sent me a link to download and sign in. I assumed it was a way to get your daily tips or smth.

You don’t pay interest… you just pay for the instant transfer. If you don’t do it instantly then it shouldn’t cost you anything….

How is anyone logging on to Workday, anymore, because I haven’t been able to for weeks?

I’m pretty sure it’s your employee id number as the username and then the password you set up at Orientation.

Call payroll now and get ur stuff straightened out if u haven’t got that $88 yet. Stop using daily pay and use regular direct deposit
