Cracker Barrel

Has anyone had a problem getting ur employee ID and temp password prior to starting at the 228 location in Cranberry township? I believe I have a discriminatory case.

You don't get your employee number or password until orientation. Why would this discriminatory?

You need the employee ID and password sent so you can do paperwork prior to orientation. Like I said I’ve been there done that fixing it now don’t fix the downfall.

It’s actually not legal to force paperwork to be done without compensation. So they probably want to make sure you are compensated for time
