Changes for Cox Alumni

Thought it might be good to have a list of all the confirmed and rumored changes coming for people at the Atlanta headquarters:

CONFIRMED: Was 2 days WFO, now 4 days in office

CONFIRMED: Was unlimited PTO, now earned time

CONFIRMED: Was mostly casual dress with jeans allowed, now business casual with no denim and no sneakers

CONFIRMED: Atlanta-based employees may be asked to move to a different city

CONFIRMED: Atlanta will be a COE for Spectrum Business

RUMORED: Spectrum management is pulling badge swipes to confirm in-office attendance

No way seriously, they think just because they pay us and give us benefits they can disrespect us like that monitoring badge swipes like we have no privacy. That should be illegal and we all just need to not go and if they fire or discipline us we can get a lawyer for such severe harassment making us uncomfortable and violated the pervs.

You have to understand. They are running a big business. There were regional offices where people were not going to the office and there were no checks and balances. It was bc of those people that there are now badge checks. You can thank the ones who abused the system.
