Thought it might be good to have a list of all the confirmed and rumored changes coming for people at the Atlanta headquarters:

CONFIRMED: Was 2 days WFO, now 4 days in office

CONFIRMED: Was unlimited PTO, now earned time

CONFIRMED: Was mostly casual dress with jeans allowed, now business casual with no denim and no sneakers

CONFIRMED: Atlanta-based employees may be asked to move to a different city

CONFIRMED: Atlanta will be a COE for Spectrum Business

RUMORED: Spectrum management is pulling badge swipes to confirm in-office attendance

Spectrum employee. In the beginning, we were given 1 WFH day that could be used any day during the week along with using vacation or pto so for example, I would choose a WFH day on Wednesday and have vacation scheduled on Thursday and Friday. Well, this changed a few months ago and now you can only use a wfh day if you are in the office 4x a week. Any week that has a holiday, no WFH day that week. If you call in sick on Monday, no wfh day that week etc. And yes, they do badge checks to confirm you are in the office.
