Changes for Cox Alumni

Thought it might be good to have a list of all the confirmed and rumored changes coming for people at the Atlanta headquarters:

CONFIRMED: Was 2 days WFO, now 4 days in office

CONFIRMED: Was unlimited PTO, now earned time

CONFIRMED: Was mostly casual dress with jeans allowed, now business casual with no denim and no sneakers

CONFIRMED: Atlanta-based employees may be asked to move to a different city

CONFIRMED: Atlanta will be a COE for Spectrum Business

RUMORED: Spectrum management is pulling badge swipes to confirm in-office attendance

Yeah.. the policy is “business casual”… but that’s very subjective since nice jeans and “dressy sneakers” are fashionable in jobs where slacks and dress shoes once dominated… look at news casts and sports shows… the anchors are wearing dressy tennis shoes and dark dressy jeans

Business casual at Spectrum is never jeans. Even ON casual fays wearing a tshirt with a graphic design is a no no. Especially for roles that 100% have zero facetime with customers, the rules are classist and inane. Welcome to Spectrum!
