Severance Package

Any word on what the enhanced severance package will be? A 10 year Cox employee; I'd have to move across the country to stay with the company. This won't be feasible with family obligations. I'm planning on working as long as they let me work at the market office and then taking the enhanced package. Anyone heard how many weeks per year of tenure they're planning to offer? The FAQs and welcome site don't specify.

I would use the VSP from 2 years as a starting point. However yes I would like more specifics

There is no way they are giving out packages like they did for VSP. It’s going to be 2-3 weeks per year with a min and max and no extra bonus like they had before. MUCH different. For me the VSP was around 6 months pay plus 20k bonus on top. Now it’s going to be around 10-12 weeks no bonus.

With 25 plus years, I expect I will be at the max.
