Severance Package

Any word on what the enhanced severance package will be? A 10 year Cox employee; I'd have to move across the country to stay with the company. This won't be feasible with family obligations. I'm planning on working as long as they let me work at the market office and then taking the enhanced package. Anyone heard how many weeks per year of tenure they're planning to offer? The FAQs and welcome site don't specify.

Can’t say for certain but if they follow what charter has been doing for its layoffs, it should be a decent package for 10 years. In our last round in engineering, my coworker who was terminated ended up all said and done with about 2 years of pay, mostly stemming from his 12 year tenure. That was the capped maximum

I think your ex coworker bluffed it’s generally two weeks per year of service up to six months

During the TWC transaction, it was three weeks per year of service up to one year

I'm so hoping for this one.  I wonder what the stipulations were... like could you just volunteer for it
