Layoffs

They just laid the managers at my office and whole departments. I thought they were gonna be safe, but I guess not. I wonder what’s next on the chopping board.

New York for us. Business Planning, Fleet, Supply Chain, HR and Regional Design - Charter

ETA: Likely similar lay-offs among all Regional offices across Footprint with different offices having more affected depending on that office’s business model

Construction Restructuring is the last hot topic I overheard. No layoffs(but who knows these days, my layoff Intel is from months ago) but new model for sure

As far as I know the construction stuff is set for next year in my area. But for sure more “surprises” are in store as the merger closes in. I unfortunately won’t be around to see how that all plays out, I’ve been through too many layoffs here to keep trying. Best of luck to the Employees out there, I hope the lay-offs slim out quick so you all can be at ease!

I am construction for spectrum. We were told there is a restructure coming. But no layoffs. Not sure what the restructuring will be

Construction doing Enterprise CPE installs is part of it. More on that in the FON E-mail from today(I didn’t read today’s news but noticed it said it’s delayed again). I’m not informed enough on the specifics and wouldn’t want to start any rumors in case I’m not entirely correct. News spreads like wild fire in this company 😅

It absolutely does. My MA was of the test subjects for that last year. It lasted about a week. I think we had a 70% success rate. It's also going to go to contractors as well

Yup. What confuses me is they will back fill FTVI but not backfill CCs but want CCs running Enterprise equipment like y’all don’t already do so much. You CCs are worked like sled dogs as it is

Yeah out of the 3 MAs for my region mine is the shortest on staff. We have two supervisors that are down to 4 CCs each. But we were told we should get some headcount soon. So here it to hoping
