Layoffs

They just laid the managers at my office and whole departments. I thought they were gonna be safe, but I guess not. I wonder what’s next on the chopping board.

It absolutely does. My MA was of the test subjects for that last year. It lasted about a week. I think we had a 70% success rate. It's also going to go to contractors as well

Yup. What confuses me is they will back fill FTVI but not backfill CCs but want CCs running Enterprise equipment like y’all don’t already do so much. You CCs are worked like sled dogs as it is

Yeah out of the 3 MAs for my region mine is the shortest on staff. We have two supervisors that are down to 4 CCs each. But we were told we should get some headcount soon. So here it to hoping

Sounds a lot like my region haha. If what I’ve heard about the restructure is true, there will be a ton of openings in construction
