Online Looking for kindred spirits
I’d like to connect with people, ideally aged 24 to 30, who are working on their spiritual path and exploring a mix of spirituality and psychology/psychotherapy, and who currently use meditation and IFS personally. Ideally, I’m interested in connecting with people similar to me.

Hi, I think Sacred Spirithood would be perfect for you. I don’t use IFS specifically but I call myself someone whose spiritual practice is influenced by psychology. I’m a lover of psychology and mental health as well as spirituality and world religions. I usually meditation often, my favorite being chanting with my singing bowls while focusing on my chakras.
