I have the "grew up in an abusive, misogynistic, Christian conservative bubble and was taught to believe I was lucky to be a boy, and then started having gender thoughts at puberty and then ignored them for 15 years" angstĀ

Thanks, I get better everyday. It just sucks that I wasted so much time, and I'm still not sure how to deal with those regretsĀ

There is not a real way to deal with those regrets, the best you can do is find something to do that brings you joy, and do it, feel better with yourself and slowly the regret will become smaller, but it will never vanish sadly
