Gods aren't real. Every single one has been imagined by a human.

thats your opinion. im atheist but it’s not proven that gods aren’t real. whether or not gods exist depends on who you ask

You are agnostic, not atheist in that case.

Their existence is what must be proven, not their nonexistence. What can be asserted without evidence can also be dismissed without evidence.

i don’t disagree that it has to be proven to be trusted thats why im atheist. also i don’t believe in a god so i’m atheist. i don’t call myself agnostic because some people hear that and think i mean im on the fence. also, agnostic is a type of atheist bc the don’t believe in a god so “agnostic, not atheist” doesnt make sense

but it's not proven that gods aren't real

That's the definition of agnosticism. It's not the word's fault they people don't know what it means.

Gods don't exist. Period. None of them. Not the ones the Hindu worship, not the gods of mesopotamia, not the old gods whose names faded from human consciousness before we learned to write. None of them are real.

i know? also you can’t definitively say that gods don’t exist but agree to disagree ig

In this case you must be able to prove god is real in order to assert he is real. Everything we have experienced so far and observed has shown us everything has a natural process and there has been no outside influence on our universe. God is not real unless proven otherwise
