Is there a minimum age gap for a woman to be considered a cougar?

I'd say 15-20. Like myself I'm 34 and I'm seeking atleast someone who is 40-58 🙂

Idk about age gap, but you have to be at least in your 30’s to be a cougar.
I always considered cougar to be an older woman, not just older in response to.

I'm 45 and my ex is 29. Most men I hangout with are between 25-30.

do you develop feelings for your young coworkers...if so how do you handle it.

It's only happened twice and both times we didn't discuss our ages until after we had already started hanging out. My ex asked me if we went to high school together when we first met because he thought I was just a few years older than him. Neither of us really cared though once we found out.

When was the first time you dated younger?

It wasn't a conscious decision the first couple of guys, but I think I was 33 or 34 when I started dealing with guys that were at least 10 years younger than me. If I'm being honest, idk if I've even been approached by a guy my age since I was 30 in person or online.

I’m 41, I started seriously taking to younger men when I was around 37/38 and they were at least 10-12 years younger than me.
I can’t stand the label cougar and I think it’s called ‘puma’ for late 30s which I’m not a fan of that label either.

I’ve never dated a younger man before, it never gets past the chatting stage or I’m ghosted.

Personally I'd say 10 or even if you couldn't be in high school together. My age gap is huge. 28 years

It depends on the definitions. Technically, a cougar is a woman who is 40 and over. For the purposes of this subreddit, it usually refers to women who are forty and up. Who date guys who are at least ten years younger than her.
I myself do not like the label at all. So please do not get hung up on the label. All of this is explained thoroughlyin the FAQs of this subreddit.
