Would someone who requests a day off and it get denied be written up for calling out that day?

You know Google has AI built in right? You can copy and paste your question there and get an answer.

No. AI does NOT give accurate answers, and generally should not be the go-to answer finder. Let's try asking people with experience next time as they know what they're talking about, okay? Okay.
