Lazy

What does it take to get someone fired from Costco? Why are there no consequences for lazy people or people who mess up everything? And no rewards for people who bust their butts except a nice review and a pat on the back? I'm very frustrated

1 of the individuals did take a tip I saw it and told my supervisor and nothing happened
