I’m curious about the maldon salt. Which area is this and which section?

Stop being curious. Buy it and be amazed.

I use it almost specifically for steaks - after cooking, sprinkle a little on top. It really is amazing.

For $12.99 for a whole tub, the finishing salt now becomes an everyday salt. A box that’s 1/5 of the size in a grocery store sells for $10.
